Guests will be offered accommodation and welcomed to stay at the hotel at the Hotel's website rate and settle for payment directly at the hotel upon check-in. Cape & Kantary Hotels will not be responsible for any refund for the prepayment made with the third party agency.

Arrival/Departure Notice

Ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests is of utmost importance to us.

During periods of bad weather with uncertain sea conditions we may not operate the short boat transfer from mainland Samui to Cape Fahn Hotel as planned. Some boat crossings may be delayed especially during high tide. In such cases, our Front Office team will organise alternative arrangements for our guests until conditions improve. Please note, that Cape Fahn Hotel will not be liable for costs thus incurred. Sea conditions can change very quickly, however, and we would like to ensure that our guests are as comfortable as possible.

Guests are required to wear life jackets during the crossing and we would further advise light clothing and waterproof non-slip footwear.
Flying Drone Notice

We treat our guests' safety and privacy protection as paramount. To satisfy that concern, Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui strictly prohibits the operation or use of drones whether by the general public, professional photographers or videographers, media or journalists without prior acknowledgement and approval of the Management of Cape Fahn Hotel. Where operation of drones is approved, all in-house guests will be informed in advance.

We reserve the right to take appropriate measures including eviction from accommodation and confiscation of equipment of any person violating this policy.
