Aptly named Long Dtai, meaning “heading south,” the restaurant offers a fine-dining experience featuring traditional southern Thai food in Koh Samui. Long Dtai brings fresh, local produce and transforms them into feasts for the senses, from the aroma of the herbs and spices to the vibrantly coloured ingredients and delectable bursts of rich flavours of authentic Thai dishes.
